2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please email us immediately at support@nathelitestore.com with your order number.

3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. On average:

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • UK & Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Others: 7–15 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary based on your location.

5. How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use our Order Lookup page to check your order status.

9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re very sorry! Please email us at support@nathelitestore.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we’ll make it right.

10. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
